Hockey is a high speed, contact sport with players experiencing possible impacts from sticks, pucks and other hazards.  Skate Fenders are engineered to provide additional protection from impacts to the skate boot/foot area of players.  Skate Fenders provide no protection from injuries that occur from twisting or rotational forces caused by players colliding with other players, goal nets, players’ benches, or the walls around the playing surface.  Skate Fenders may break under severe impact and injury may occur. The Skate Fenders warranty is 60 days from time of consumer date of purchase.  Skate Fenders will provide a one-time replacement for the polycarbonate shell if the polycarbonate shell breaks due to a manufacturing defect.  Proof of purchase and evidence of the defect is required. DO NOT use any adhesive, paints, solvents or other chemicals on the polycarbonate shell as they may cause reduction of the protective properties of the polycarbonate shell and/or actual deterioration of the Skate Fenders.  Any use of such chemicals voids all warranty claims. In no event shall Skate Fenders be liable for any damages whatsoever (including without limitation, special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages for personal injury or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of this product, other than the one-time replacement set forth above.
