Skate size (not shoe size). Small–Medium fits skate sizes 4/4.5 up to 8 in narrow to normal widths. Large fits size 8 and up in normal to wide widths. Size 8 is the overlap — skate model and boot style decide it.

Sizing questions

Do I use my shoe size or my skate size?
Your skate size — the size printed on the tongue or boot of your hockey skates. It’s usually smaller than your shoe size.
I’m a size 8. Which size do I need?
Size 8 sits in both documented ranges. Narrow boots usually point to Small–Medium and wide boots to Large; with a normal-width size 8, your skate model and boot style decide it. Send us your skate model and we’ll confirm.
Do both models fit the same?
Yes. Full Pro and Compact Pro share the same two sizes and the same fit characteristics.
My child skates in a size smaller than 4.
That’s below our documented range. Contact us with the skate brand and model and we’ll tell you honestly whether a pair will fit.
